The concept of a refund queue is just crasy โ ๏ธ
I commed a fursuit maker for a head in April of 2023, with a promised Delivery of September 2023.
They not only missed that deadline, but my MFF 2023 deadline and TFF 2024 Deadline. I asked for a refund and was added to a REFUND QUEUE.
Either do your job or don't take the comm.
