So excited to officially have beta tested and gone live with our integration with New York State. This collaboration is transforming how attorneys can obtain access to medical records from disparate applications. This partnership took about a year to close and 2 months to implement through a dedicated team effort. We look forward to continuing to drive interoperability across the country in our commitment to supporting victims of accidents nationwide. On an even more fantastic note, our team also achieved certification through the @carinalliance for our consumer-facing app. More to come shortly!

• Individual Right of Access is being strictly enforced—delays or unreasonable barriers by providers can now lead to OCR penalties.

• Designated Record Set vs. EHI—know the difference and how it affects your request strategy.
