A major component of you4prevent is MENTORSHIP! On January 23, 2020, one of our medical student leaders, Grace Chung, hosted our first mentorship event on studying for the MCAT. We discussed the format of the exam, best study practices, and how to effectively use resources.
You4prevent promotes four pillars of health: Relax, Sleep, Movement, and Nutrition. A balance of these four pillars are crucial for our over all wellbeing. Please enjoy this short clip from a animation video on relaxing created by Y4P volunteers! Full video available on Instagram
