YP EVP Ben McCutchin brokered 163 acres of land sales. He brokered two land sales totaling 10 acres on US 380, west of Championship Dr in Frisco for office development. He also brokered the acquisition of 152.67 acres on Pelzel Road in Pilot Point as a long-term investment.
