I have a wishlist of things I'd like to see in FFVII Revelation and close to the top of the list is "The Cuckening of Vincent Valentine" which would be a character-centric flashback side quest in which he prepares to confess and it goes super great!

The thing about GoW Laufey is it has potential to continue exploring grief and family on the other side of the coin. Her finding peace with loss through seeing and feeling the way her love empowered her family even in her absence. They will only be reunited when Kratos dies.

I also don't feel that any brief encounters or feeling each other's presence cheapens the ride from past games. Them boys were changed by their grief. They learned valuable lessons and grew closer. None of that becomes lost in all of this or wherever we end up.

I just find it so funny that many people jumped to "SHES GONNA COME BACK" rather than Kratos may die at some point and find her again. Like...we need to be anticipating why the Everywhen is being fucked with and why many gods from other pantheons are dead. The story is huge.

The thing about this that irks me is the first move was deflection, then it was "I'm learning a lot", and then finally the excuse was wanting to use AI as a tool to empower artists. But he was already well informed, already against it. The only difference was money. That sucks.
