Any hotshot #PowerBI developers want to pickup some freelance work from now through February, maybe even beyond that? No need for any data engineering experience, really looking for someone who's got a eye for great report and dashboard design and deep experience in PowerBI. All of the heavy lifting, from a data standpoint, will be done for you in the warehouse, you'll be focused on building a great report that our stakeholders will love. There may be some light math you'll setup in PowerBI, but that will be minimal. Shoot me a DM if you're interested and we can chat. Hiring contract-based data scientist(s)! I'm looking to add one or two media mix modeling experts to the Magnetic Data Science roster. This is on a freelance / contract basis. Work when you want, where you want! I'm looking for people with experience in Bayesian-based #MMM in #Python. Specifically with #pymc and pymc-marketing (this is what I like, but I could be swayed I guess) Our MMM projects are specific to the consumer space, in multi-unit systems of distribution with location and/or market level data alignment. All B2C, no pure-ecommerce (at the moment), no direct attribution. We've currently got 4 active MMM projects, at varying stages of development, in varying industries. Here's something exciting... We have a new product launching early next year that automates this where/when analysis in retailers like #walmart, #homedepot, #kroger, #lowes, etc. It's budget-efficient, it's cool and it's focused on one thing... Action. If you're a supplier/vendor distributing in 500 locations or more, stay tuned.

I've completed hundreds of strategic analysis projects and there's been one common thread in all of them... 🧠 Knowing the levers to pull is not hard 🧠 Understand when and where you should pull them, is You and your team know what resources you have at your disposal. It's the where/when of how you implement those resources that make the difference.

3 key questions to answer as a #cpg brand selling in #retail... Are we: 🚗 Driving the visit to the store? 🛒 Filling the basket once the customer is in the store? 💸 Driving additional margin that wouldn't have come otherwise? Your answers on these should be a key factor in your retail execution plan. They're definitely a factor in how your #buyer views your importance on the shelf. Pro tip: You don't need a "Yes" to all three.
