IT HAS BEEN FINISHED!!!
After 64 hours playing and streaming it, I have completed my first ever clear of Honor Mode in Baldur's Gate 3!! It was an incredible experience, and it's solidified the game as one of my favorites in recent years!!

I love Destiny. Its the game I've played for the longest time, both in hours and years played. But I quit for almost 2 years after the Final Shape because it didn't feel like the game I loved anymore.
I played like 4.5 hours today and it felt so good to be back!!

So I started playing Mina the Hollower, but I turned it off quickly as I immediately knew it was a game I want to stream! Got some things to figure out before I can stream again though, so might be a bit sadly

This is legit how I'm feeling. Like an update like this is something we've begged for. And honestly would have at least saved it in terms of even the hardcore player base leaving imo. Idk if it'd have saved D2 as a whole, but I think it would have helped.

I will say though, if I stream Mina it wouldn't be until Saturday at earliest as I have plans on Friday

This is insane to me. Like I haven't played D2 in almost a year, but in no world did I think this was coming this soon.
I have extremely mixed thoughts on it, and concerns for the future of something like Destiny 3 rebooting the love for the game. But hey, we have SRL back...

For almost twelve years, we have had the joy and honor to explore the Destiny universe with you all. Through all the ups and downs, surprises and triumphs, building Destiny alongside our players has been a monumental privilege. While our love for Destiny 2 has not changed, it has become clear that after The Final Shape, we have reached the time for our shared worlds, and Destiny, to live beyond Destiny 2.
As our focus turns towards a new beginning for Bungie, we will begin work incubating our next games. To that end, on June 9, 2026, we will release the final live-service content update for Destiny 2 to begin that new journey as a studio.
Though active development may be concluding, we will ensure that Destiny 2 remains playable, just as the original Destiny is today. Many changes in this final update will aim to ensure that Destiny 2 is a welcoming place for players to return to.
We’re proud of Destiny 2, the places it took us, and the legacy it has created. Because of you all, our universe is vast, built on years of shared stories, adventures, and victories. From the Cosmodrome to the Pale Heart to the Lawless Frontier, we have forged life-long memories and friendships with you all.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who made that journey with us.
