Da ich das Thema Wertschätzung aktuell wieder öfter auf dem Tisch habe: Verkauft euch auch im Esport nicht unter eurem Wert! Ich bekomme viel zu oft mit, wie Leute, die ihre Freizeit opfern, ignoriert, kleingeredet oder schlicht ausgenutzt werden. Wenn ich sehe, dass bei unbezahlten Jobs gewisse Arbeitszeiten erwartet werden, die Person dabei nicht mal ihre laufenden Kosten für genau diesen Job gedeckt bekommt (also am Ende mit Minus rausgeht) und dann hinter ihrem Rücken auch noch schlecht über sie gesprochen wird – Puh Mir ist klar dass Organisationen, Projekte und Turniere auf Freiwillige angewiesen sind. Und ich weiß, dass viele es mit Herzblut machen, weil es ihr Hobby ist, teils auch das, was ihnen am meisten Spaß macht. Deshalb ein kleiner Rat an alle, die solche Strukturen leiten: Ehre, wem Ehre gebührt! Es ist absurd einfach, dem Creator, Admin oder Organisator wenigstens Credits zu geben. Für euch sind das 10 Minuten Aufwand. Für die Person ist es ein Eintrag im Portfolio, vielleicht sogar der Schritt, der aus dem Hobby einen Beruf macht. Und ja, das geht auch rückwirkend 😉 An alle die sich im Management beteiligen, oder das Interesse daran haben: Informiert euch vorher von aktuellen und ehemaligen Mitgliedern der Staff Teams. Hier erfahrt ihr meist sehr schnell was euch genau erwartet, sowohl im positiven als auch im negativem. Ja, Situationen können sich ändern/bessern. Meine Erfahrung zeigt überwiegend was anderes. Oft reichen kleinen Gesten, damit Zufriedenheit und Motivation nicht verloren gehen. Bei mir hätte das in der Vergangenheit jedenfalls einige Frustmomente verhindert. Was natürlich im Kontext auch wichtig zu sagen ist: Sehr viele Projekte können sehr cool sein, sowohl die Idee als auch die Menschen! Es wird überall dringend nach Hilfe gesucht. Jeder Beitrag ist unglaublich Wertvoll und bringt unsere Szene weiter!

So, I think I've found a pattern (with feedback from my viewers). If you play on Steam and change your preset, then go into training, you get 30fps. When you tab out and back into the game, you get your normal fps again. Can any Steam players confirm this?
