MEP is the organ system of the building Architecture is the skin and structure is the skeleton, but MEP keeps it alive - air, power, water, fire safety, drainage. The problem is everyone focuses on the skin and forgets that if the organs fail, the building doesn’t function, no matter how good it looks. That’s why we treat the hidden work as non-negotiable at Zak Project Technic Ltd.

I saw a post a few days ago of a house cracking 4 years after handover. The structure was massive. The engineers did their job diligently. But the MEP side was poorly monitored and poorly budgeted. The result: blocks broken with hammer and chisel. 110mm holes for drainage made by removing entire blocks. Fences cut horizontally with grinders. Small shortcuts. Big consequences. Weakened structure. Falling fences. Risk to people walking by. At ZAK PROJECT TECHNIC LTD, we don’t work like that. We use wall chasers for precise 5-35mm chases. We follow architectural guidelines. We run pipes for safety and future maintenance. No unnecessary breaking. No hidden structural risk. The heart of the building deserves the same diligence as the structure. MEP done right protects the whole project. ZAK PROJECT TECHNIC LTD We transform your dream into reality We derive passion from your satisfaction Zero callbacks. Zero reworks. #Nigerian #Abuja #Lagos

Pool-side MEP done right. Freestanding shower and foot wash installed on penthouse terrace. Purpose: Rinse off before entering the pool to keep water clean and reduce maintenance. What you don’t see: Pre-planned routing coordinated with structure and finishes, pressure tested before handover, proper drainage installed to prevent ponding. 4 projects executed. Zero callbacks. This is a bankable MEP. #nigeria

Why 90% of Nigerian homes have electrical problems after 2 years: The conduits were crushed during casting. In Nigeria, most electricians lay pipes and disappear. Rebar guys come next. Iron workers step on everything. Concrete pour buries the damage. 2 years later: You can't pull new wire for your AC. Solution? Hack the wall. Repaint. ₦300k gone. At ZAK PROJECT TECHNIC LTD, our supervisor stays during rebar and casting. We protect every pipe. We test-pull wire before the slab cures. That’s why our clients don’t call us back for repairs. They called us back for Phase 2. #ZeroCallBack #MEP #ConstructionNG #NigeriaProperty

Alhaji Aliko Dangote appeared on Channels TV and insisted that Nigeria needs to urgently invest in power infrastructure to achieve true economic independence. In layman terms, he's wailing about lack of electricity. You can be sure of one thing: both the Nigerian government and local investors won't do anything about this call. Then eventually Aliko Dangote will find his way around building power grids that guarantee 24/7 electricity to consumers. Suddenly, you will start seeing all sorts of patriots from Ministry of Power, NLC, TUC, DISCOS, GENCOs, NEPA, PHCN, Nitel, Mtel, Econet, PTF, Celtel and even APC, ADC and PDP coming on air to educate you on the dangers of a monopolist like Dangote! ~ Ibrahiym A. A good MEP design works on screen. A great one survives the first month on site. Slide 1 Rooftop plant room. PPR PN20. 10 bar pressure test. Every valve is labeled. 47 clashes resolved in BIM before we cut one pipe. This is Infrastructure First. We protect the ₦250M. Slide 2 Bathroom handover. Balanced pressure. Sealed penetrations. 10min service access. No leaks. No smells. No 2am callbacks. This is the Integrity behind the name. We protect your reputation. Same project. Same standard. Same team. From plant room to tap — we protect you ROI. Coordination doesn’t happen in the cloud. It happens when your gauges hold steady AND your guests give 5 stars. #Lagos #MEP #ZeroCallbacks #InfrastructureFirst #AbujaRealEstate

You didn’t lose ₦9M. You refused to lose your name. That engineer recommended the wrong grade because substandard materials save 30% today. But in a few years when it fails, the client loses: ₦3M to chase walls and re-tile 2 months of lost rent Bad reviews that kill the shortlets You told the truth. That’s MEP done right. Clients who pick cheap materials today pay 10x tomorrow. And they’ll call you when it fails. Integrity isn’t expensive. Callbacks are. We protect your ROI. #BuildFor20Years #MEP #ZeroCallbacks
I just lost a project worth 9million now just because I told my client a simple truth about the grade of material his “engineer” recommended🥹 Omoh! This one pain my team oo

Infrastructure everywhere I look. This vessel only moves because every system beneath the deck works. Pumps. Power. Pressure. One failed pipe stops everything. Same with buildings. We pressure test to 10 bars. Load test every circuit. Sign every DB, TESTED and CONFIRMED. MEP mostly received 15% of budget, 90% of problems. We protect your ROI. We are Open to collaborate with you. Just a Dm Away @Zakprojecttech #nigeria2027 #constructionNG #Lagos #BuildFor20Years #MEP

Good job and especially on getting the MEP in early. But for future sake, stack routing needs correction at this stage. For multi-floor units, running soil stacks through habitable spaces creates noise transfer when upper floors flush. Guests hear everything. Bad reviews follow. Recommended Best practise it to group all stacks in a dedicated service shaft. Lay horizontal runs in the slab now, then connect to vertical stacks inside the shaft after. Shafts is easy access for maintenance, zero noise in rooms, clean ceilings. No wall breaking if there’s a blockage. MEP normally gets 15% of the budget, but 90% of problems comes from it when done wrong. We protect your ROI. Best of luck Always.
