Spent hours stuck on a persistent coding issue, only to solve it after asking for help & troubleshooting properly. 💡 Lesson: don’t suffer in silence—collaboration persistence = growth.

Just got off a very interesting call with potential business partners in the MENA region.
I've got a huge opportunity to realise the @code_and_creed dream and help create a solid pipeline for more of us to make Hijrah and work on large-scale projects with very high net-worth clients inshaAllah.
Need to preserve bandwidth so I can direct more energy to this venture.
I have 2 clients projects in-flight atm.
Guess what I'm going to do to buy time?
I can start hiring high-agency talented devs DIRECTLY within my community.
Zero training needed. They're already familiar with my Tech Stacks and the way we operate and build.
They get given fully-documented real client projects ✅
And my time is freed up ✅
No need for interviews.
I already know they're capable and have seen them operate within our ecosystem. It's a win-win.
Most of the world is online now.
The future of hiring will come from building communities where everyone is aligned on their higher-purpose, and then laser-focused on one skill.

I love helping people who are humble enough to admit that they need help.
To be in a position where I can help and support them brings me a great sense of joy and fulfilment no amount of money can buy.
And then when they succeed...nothing beats that feeling subhanAllah.
But when I try to advise and help those who are arrogant; who don't want to be helped and prefer to drown in their own misery, it just makes me want to throw-up.

Just signed another long-term partnership contract, with an uncle in the Tutoring space 🙌🏻
He's been privately teaching for almost 18 years now, mainly teaching maths to 12 and 13 year old students (Some adults too)
The problem is currently all of his lessons are in-person, so a large network of potential students are not able to access him.
He has connections with Somali students both in the UK and in Somaliland 🇸🇴 that would be interested in these online lessons.
Distribution solved walillahil hamd.
They are literally begging him to build something 😄
So that's where I come in.
We'll be building a custom Tutoring Platform that will allow him to upload custom videos to teach his current students and expand into the Somali market globally bi-ithnillah.
Again, affordable initial payment profit-share was a no-brainer.
I only win if he wins 🙌🏼

Our brother Abdulkadir (@soho24s) will be coming in as Lead Technical Instructor for our 'Builder' path.
I've been looking for the right person for a while now, to help be there for new learners on the 'Builder path' once we launch (64 days from now!)
To be there as primary contact for any support, re-direction and encouragement.
To provide weekly accountability coaching, but also to uplift and nurture them into resilient and creative problem-solvers.
I remember when I first met him, I could see his passion and enthusiasm for helping devs grow and up-skill.
He had successfully ran Software Engineering bootcamps before, and helped brothers and sisters land jobs in Tech.
Experience like that is invaluable for us.
