Our school has an instituted a very strict no cell phone policy.
A kid got their quiz done early and asked if I had a magazine to read until the other students were done.
I almost cried.

Bunsen has given our family so much.
He’s a hero, he’s saved Beaker and a lost dog from the cold.
We’ve heard countless stories about how because of him, they are here today.
The universe doesn’t work this way, but whatever grace there is to spare, he needs it.

When it is -30°C or colder you can chuck boiling water into the air.
Due to many factors such as the air being “full” due to the cold, tiny ice particles floating in the air, and the surface area of dispersed water you get this gorgeous display.

Just thought I should post this.
My parents welcomed a mom and daughter, Ukraine Refugees, into their home two years ago.
The daughter is now an honors student, taking all advanced sciences and maths.
They fled bombs and death and found kindness instead.
Kindness matters.

I was so grateful they were there during the first months after our loss.
My dad would have been alone with his grief.
It has been heartwarming to see their bond grow over time.
He has a back and forth with the teen like parent would.

He also loves cooking with the mom, and teasing her about any new “boyfriend” she may have.
They both call him Robert when they are annoyed with him which is hilarious.
Canada is now their home, both want our country to be their country.
We are so lucky to have them.
