Some people may notice, I complain a lot on Twitter. I do this because as someone who has spent a large portion of their work life in customer service related roles, I have no tolerance for bad customer service and have no problem calling companies or individuals out. #facts

If you go to @MonsterJam don't waste your money on the Pit Pass. Supposed to get in at 9:30 but they didn't start screening until 9:35 with 1 metal detector. Then when we got in at 9:55 the line for Thomas's favorite Truck was already closed. So much for paying $40 extra.
