Jimmy would find Adam's body and Adam's diary next to him, which detailed how he knew of what Jimmy did, and how he slowly couldn't take the fear anymore with Anya's death being the final straw.
His final goodbye is begging for forgiveness to Daisuke, Swansea, his family and god.
