I am crazy busy right now working on the integrated version of TMP so slower to reply but still checking forums several times per day.

If behavior persists, please make a post on the Unity forums as this Twitter character limit ain't cool for support related stuff.
I have run into strange Asset import issues in the past. Please delete the "Resources/Shaders/" folder and re-import it.

Not at this time. Only users who purchased the product in the past have access to the source code releases.
Please provide details by posting in the TextMesh Pro or Unity UI & TextMesh Pro forum threads. You could be running into an import issue.
Added new attribute to Underline and Strikethrough tags. Example <u color=#FFFF80> to define the underline color. #gamedev #unity3d

ZTest mode has to be set via scripting.
