We go live in less than 24 hours! Here's a sneak peek of the champion tracking play John Lloyd is building live tomorrow on The Context Layer Live. The idea behind the play is simple. Someone who championed your product moves to a new company. They already know your value. That's a warm signal sitting on a cold-looking account. The problem: your CRM contact data is stale, and the signals you need to identify where they moved and what they’re in-market for are scattered across your tech stack... There is a lot of context across your CRM, Product Usage data, intent signals etc. Tomorrow, John unifies all of it into one AI-ready layer, on screen, start to finish. Then an agent turns that layer into account plans and personalized outreach. No slides. No demo deck. Just the build. We're also opening with fresh survey data from 50 senior GTM leaders on what's really blocking AI in GTM. And if you're one of the first 200 registered, you're getting early access to a ZoomInfo Pulse Report we've never published. Last chance to grab a seat. Link here: zoominfo.com/resources/webin…

50% of senior GTM leaders say they can't trust their AI's outputs. That finding comes from our survey of 50 senior GTM leaders at US enterprises, and it points at an uncomfortable truth. The models aren't the problem. The data underneath them is. When AI works from fragmented, incomplete, or outdated data, it produces answers that look confident but can't be acted on. A better model doesn't fix that. Better data does. It's the difference between asking "can AI do the work?" and "can your team act on what it's telling you?" @FlorinTatulea and John Lloyd, MBA dig into the full findings in Episode 1 of The Context Layer Tapes, ZoomInfo's new podcast for GTM operators building the data foundation AI runs on. BREAKING NEWS: @OpenAI selected @ZoomInfo as a launch partner in Codex for Work. This is a big deal for anyone in go-to-market. Here's why: You can now run ZoomInfo skills directly inside Codex. Verified company data, contact intelligence, buying signals - without switching tabs or copying anything between tools. Here's what that actually looks like in practice: → Bring CRM, Data Warehouse, Marketing Automation, Spreadsheet data in, enrich with any and all Zoominfo attributes… AND push back to the system of your choosing (whether ZoomInfo has an integration or not - you build this in Codex) → Find target accounts in an industry and region with buying signals, then rank the best prospects. From here push them to Outreach, Salesloft, Gong Engage, Instantly, etc. → Build a decision-maker contact list with titles and company context → Map the full buying committee before a meeting → Score accounts and leads, size a TAM, pull a tech-stack snapshot All of it runs on ZoomInfo's verified data across 100M companies, 500M contacts, and billions of buying signals which is powered by GTM.AI, ZoomInfo's headless GTM context layer, which exposes ZoomInfo's GTM Context Graph and agentic orchestration through API and MCP. The shift happening right now isn't just AI getting smarter. It's AI getting access to the right data and one true context layer it needs to actually make a real difference in your day-to-day workflows. Why does the context layer matter? About 70% of B2B contact data decays every year. That is the real constraint on agentic GTM work and true productivity. Bad data. The model is good at drafting a list or a brief. Whether the list is correct depends on the data underneath it. GTM AI removes that constraint by making ZoomInfo's verified intelligence the data every ZoomInfo skill in Codex runs on, with provenance and freshness attached to every record it returns. It's been a real blessing being able to partner with an org that is at the frontier of AI. Extremely grateful to be a little part of the future of AI in GTM :) Learn more at: gtm.ai/ Connect to Codex here: chatgpt.com/apps/zoominfo/as…

Here’s something else you had no idea you could do with @ZoomInfo . Let’s run a win back play where we marry 1st party, 3rd party data and custom signals to find low compliance vet offices that our solution can help. Here I build a data cube that marries: 1. CRM Data 2. Custom signals from an AI Agent scraping the web for low compliance vet offices 3. Job postings for growth data 4. Location data We’re also going to run a formula to calculate account fit scores and prioritize outreach accordingly . Voila.. all possible in GTM Studio. Check out GTM Studio here:

When @Syncro's CMO Carl Koussan-Price arrived, their go-to-market was broken. Inbound only. Google Ads as the primary lever. No outbound infrastructure. Every campaign required multiple handoffs, CSV files passed between teams, and a series of gates that felt over-engineered. But the biggest challenge? They couldn't identify their own market. Managed service providers don't call themselves "managed service providers." Finding that audience at scale felt nearly impossible until they had the right data and tools. Enter GTM Studio. Within a couple of months, Syncro transformed their entire operation: 35 campaigns launched (more than the previous 2 years combined) $400K in pipeline generated $150K in revenue closed Campaigns that used to take days now take an hour to build. Junior team members use GTM Studio effortlessly. BDRs are driving deals through always-on sequences. The marketing team went from bottleneck to engine. Technographics for competing solution Intel Then… you can do things like: 1. Automatically create custom emails for each contact 2. Create account plans and summaries automatically and push to SDRs for cold calls or AEs for demo prep

ZoomInfo is now live inside @Perplexity_AI. 🎉 Perplexity can research anything in seconds. But ask it for a verified direct dial at your target account—you'd hit a wall. That's a data problem. We just solved it. ZoomInfo is now a native connector in Perplexity, powered by MCP. Authenticate once, and every conversation can draw on 500M contacts, 135M verified phone numbers, and real-time buyer intelligence. Your intent data has a dirty secret. It tells you what company is potentially in-market. However, it has no idea who is causing the intent. So your reps get a list of accounts, fire off a sequence, and hope someone bites. That's not a signal-based motion. That's spray and pray with extra steps. Here's the workflow I'd build instead: Start with G2 intent. When an account spikes on G2, category browsing, competitor comparisons, review reading — that's a real behavioral signal. They're likely actively evaluating your space. But G2 intent is account-level. You know the company is in-market. You still don't know who's holding the shortlist. Now layer in contact-level website ID (Available in @ZoomInfo ). Cross-reference that against your G2 surge accounts. If someone from that account is hitting your pricing page, your integrations docs, or your "vs. competitor" page... you just went from a company signal to a person signal. G2 intent tells you the account might be in an active buying cycle. Contact-level ID tells you who inside that account is doing the research. One without the other is a guess. Together, they're a prioritization engine. Here's the mental model I use: → G2 surge = the fire alarm went off at that account → Website visitor ID = here's the person who pulled the alarm You're not cold calling anymore. You're calling the exact person who walked through your front door, compared you to three competitors, and read your pricing page twice. That's not outbound. That's a warm conversation with context.

Here’s a HIGH IMPACT play every GTM org should be leveraging (made easy with AI Agents). We call it Cloning the Close at @ZoomInfo. Want to know what one of the best indications of a great account is? A competitor of an account you just Closed Won. 1. If they bought your solution, they are more than likely a solid fit account 2. You’ve likely learned a good amount of information about their industry, process and WHY NOW moments that you can leverage to hook their competitors into an evaluation. Every company has 1-2 competitors that they “hate” and are constantly thinking about for the most part. This is when you use FOMO type messaging and leverage the information you’ve learned from their competitor to reel them in. Here’s exactly how we use our MCP connection to Claude internally to feed sales reps with competitive accounts of closed won deals instantly in their territories:
