At the museum gift shop, they sell variety samplers with recipes on how to cook more ginger dishes at home. I hope these expand to the states eventually because these were super easy to make and came out great.

We make sure to visit the New Ginger Museum whenever we visit Japan, and I swear, every time we go something new and insane is happening. Today was a live idol concert where Iwashika rocked so hard, her hat fell off. The best performer in all of Japan.

We’re headed home! This trip in particular, we had so many people make us feel welcome everywhere we went. I absolutely want to make it out to Kemoket at least once each year, so we’ll likely aim for New Years Kemoket next.
