Here’s the response we sent to World of Game Design this morning. We’ve set a clear expectation: provide a firm production and delivery schedule by Monday, or we will move forward with our attorney to resolve the matter:🧵

They intend to include more information on their broader plans for Zweihander Reforged, including inventory, miniatures, and future publishing.

On my end, I’ve engaged legal representation to ensure that what’s being communicated from World of Game Design is accurate and that all commitments are followed through on.
I’ll keep you all updated by early next week as more information comes in.

I’ll be honest, this has been deeply frustrating and not at all how I expect a project like this to be handled. It’s also not the standard I hold for myself or for our partners. All of you have been waiting patiently, and I don’t take that lightly.

At the moment, WoGD controls all of the funds tied to the Kickstarter and Backerkit, which adds another layer of concern. That said, I’m still hopeful they come through with clear commitments in the coming days.
