BREAKING: The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld a lower court's injunction blocking HB 900, Texas's controversial book rating law, finding that a coalition of booksellers and publishers are "likely to succeed" with claims that the law is unconstitutional. Story to follow.

The Governor has called for vouchers for all. With over 1 million students already in homeschool & private schools, it could cost up to $8 billion yearly. 90% of students are in public school, & they deserve full funding before diverting taxpayer $$$ for private school subsidies.
