Finally, after constant pushing by the Conservatives, the Government are announcing a ban on social media for under 16s. I am glad that we have forced them to this point after many forced votes, questions and debates.

The resignations of the Defence Secretary and Armed Forces Minister confirm what I've being saying since last year, including at the London Defence Conference in April.
We need to get serious. We need to rearm. The @Conservatives will cut welfare spending to fund our military.
I took on the challenge of blindly ranking five fast-food favourites from 1 to 5 before seeing the full list.
Some rankings were easier than others, and I may have let slip my guilty pleasure along the way.
The results are now in.
Let me know what your number one would be.
Visited Shampers Hair Salon in Church Stretton and met Fleur Pitt to discuss pressures on the hairdressing sector, including costs and unfair competition.

John Healey, the former Defence Secretary, has acted honourably by resigning.
Keir Starmer is too weak to cut welfare and fund defence - as I told him yesterday at PMQs.
Only the Conservatives have a plan to put our national security first.
Labour's own people are telling you everything you need to know.
Wes Streeting: Reeves has no plan for growth.
Pat McFadden: all Labour want to do is tax more to pay more benefits.
John Healey: Starmer won't fund our armed forces.
Jess Phillips: PM only acted to protect women and girls when it needed to save his own skin over Mandelson.
A government turning in on itself.

The Defence Secretary has resigned. It is now clearer than ever that this Government are not willing to take the hard decisions necessary to protect our country. The Prime Minister and the Chancellor should listen to John Healey's words very carefully.

Looking forward to seeing which venue comes out on top!
Good discussions with NFU representatives and local farmers at the Shropshire & West Midlands Show about the challenges facing agriculture and rural communities.
Farmers are vital to our economy, food security, and countryside, and their voices must be heard.
Are potholes being repaired properly?
I recently raised the quality of pothole repairs in South Shropshire during a Westminster Hall debate on rural roads. I'll keep pushing for fairer funding for our rural communities.
Constituency casework gets results.

Do you think Rachel Reeves is doing a good job?
Many across South Shropshire tell me theyโre worried about rising living costs, higher taxes, and having less left at the end of the month.
