FIFA *did* partner with YouTube in March 2026 as a Preferred Platform for this World Cup. Broadcasters can now stream the first 10 mins of every match live on their YouTube channels select full games, plus highlights, BTS, and creator content. FIFA’s archive is also unlocked. Full global free streaming of every match on YouTube hasn’t replaced traditional deals because FIFA sells exclusive territorial broadcasting rights for huge money to regional partners. The YouTube tie-in expands reach (especially to younger fans) without undermining those billions in revenue. In Brazil, CazéTV is streaming *all* 104 games free on YouTube as a result.
