I’m grateful to the
@BSVAssociation for the trust and confidence in appointing me as Global Public Policy Director. This is more than a title change — it’s a commitment to advancing lawful, scalable, and utility-driven blockchain infrastructure at a time when the policy decisions we make will shape the digital economy for decades to come.
We are past the era of speculation.
#Blockchain is no longer just about tokens — it is about infrastructure for trust: securing data, embedding transparency, enabling verifiable
#AI, and powering mission-critical systems worldwide.
From Washington to Brussels to Singapore, the conversation is shifting to how we design digital public infrastructure that is lawful-by-design, scalable without compromise, and built for real-world utility.
My priority is to ensure
#BSV is at the table — demonstrating live proof of what’s possible when compliance is integrated at the protocol level.
The urgency is real:
- Legislatures are defining functional token taxonomies.
- Stablecoin frameworks are being set in stone.
- AI governance is moving from theory to infrastructure requirements.
We must get this right — not just for industry, but for consumers, institutions, and the public interest.
As we engage with policymakers and regulators worldwide, my focus will be to:
- Advance function-based regulation that distinguishes infrastructure from speculation.
- Promote ledger-as-disclosure as a new standard for transparency.
- Advocate for federal and global coherence to unlock innovation while protecting markets.
The next era of blockchain leadership will be won by the systems that work, prove, and scale — and that’s the vision I’m proud to represent every day in this role.
Let’s build the trust layer for the digital future.
