I’m saddened to hear of the passing of my friend and former colleague, the Honourable Kirsty Duncan. Kirsty’s passion, brilliance, and tireless dedication to public service left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege to work alongside her. I will miss her deeply.

Incredibly saddened to wake up this morning to learn of the passing of the Hon. Ken Dryden. I had the privilege of knowing Ken for over 25 years. He was a giant of a man in so many ways. But it was his soft spoken guildence and kindness that I will always remember and cherish.

Between lawn games, obstacle courses, some fantastic entertainers, and food covered by some local #smallbusinesses, it was a truly Canadian event.

I am saddened to hear of the passing of the Hon. John McCallum, a dedicated public servant & diplomat who worked tirelessly for his community and Canadians.
It was a privilege to work with him as an MP and a Liberal — he was thoughtful, kind, and generous with his wisdom.
