did some quick math with the 10 months of EP Cube (Battery only, no solar) data I have, using my electric company usage/bill history. Over 10 months, I averaged ~3,600kWh a day usage. pre-EPCube, for 10 months, ~$5,440. cont...

Post EPCube, for the 10 months, I used a total of 155kWh less..meaning extremely comparable usage. Total 10m pric, ~$2,180. So i saved $3,250 in 10 months and $325 per month...

Here is a slow April day example showing how the @EPCube cuts off the electric company for peak time, had a little left over for off peak, then charged to full during "super off peak" time... Remember, I have no solar panels.. this is all just battery management!

Spent probably 4 or 5 hours tonight installing, reinstalling and testing the multitude amounts of Windows 11 "fixers", "debloaters" registry edits and modifiers to find the best combo to neuter @Windows's latest malware OS. No MS account, telemetry (although this needs extended testing on my part on a network level to verify), No AI spies, bloatware, etc etc. And, to be completely honest, even though it was a fight and a half to do, Windows 11 is not bad at all. But thats in its neutered form. I truly feel bad for common users who have no clue how bad microsoft invades their privacy and slows down their computers. the images attached are just GUI examples of what Ive done.

I admit it @amazon , sometimes my boredom kicks in and I try to see the "deals for me" page. But not once do I stay long or click anything because a page full of "deals" with no prices listed without clicking into them ruins my doom scrolling vibe. js.

You know you're getting old when to find yourself standing, gazing at your yard, drooling over mow lines made by a robo-mower... These lines are straighter than mine usually are and I didnt even had to do them lolol. sheesh... im like 70 years old now.

I have officially, manually haxxed all the dataz from the EP Cube Home battery with an ESP32 in order to integrate its sensors into Home Assistant! EP has everything blocked behind a website or phone APP.. But I bypassed all that by intercepting the raw communication data, then manually and slowly decoding anything that translated into values I could use. Now, I can use this data to dynamically control power savings based on weather, usage, etc by either changing the battery or changing powered items in my house! (this dashboard is not all of the sensors, just a quick dash I threw together, I have like 40 entities...) #SoElit3Dawg

I really like you @WDCreators , truly. I've been a WD fanboy-slut for a decade. But forcing me to download a software "dashboard" that needs to be installed on my pc, just to get a link to a firmware file for a WD_BLACK SN770 2TB NVME drive (that is failing btw) I need for a drive not located on said PC, makes me feel like you care more about the collection and selling of customers data more than their satisfaction with your products. (Yes, every low level, half informed employee regurgitates mid level management or lawyer prepared statements claiming you don't do that but this is 2024, we've seen these claims circumvented hundreds of times) Now that I think about it, this NVME has been in use for only 30 or 40 days. Maybe I'll just avoid your spyware and make WD replace it. sounds like a better solution. In the mean time, maybe you can just give me a direct firmware link? WD_BLACK SN770 2TB NVME Current Firmware version: 731100WD I think the new firmware Ver. is 731130WD Vote for Pedro.

Hey @OpenAI , I use your o1-preview (sometimes) for coding (usually C) and a tend to get this error a lot that can be very frustrating to deal with. The first time is happened, after tons of testing, trial and error, etc, I found that a section of my code had, "user: system" embedded in a section of code, and that got flagged as some attempt to take an admin role. The fun part, was the code I sent it was code generated by the preview version lol and, if I modified it to be, "user: System", it didnt flag it. This time, I dont see anything that relates to that, but i really dont want to spend another hour, and then losing my preview access due to going over my allotment (again..), just to figure out what is throwing the flag up. DM me if you need link to my convo. thank you <3

Lol I’m like a week into modifying my @ff3dprinters 5m pro to add a second screen (@Elecrow1 3.5”), esp32c RGBIC LEDs, lasers, temp sensors, remote on/off functionality, home assistant integration, etc, all because I needed to change my filament guide tube and figure, y not rofl
