Every time I think that’s it, I finally wrote the perfect T.O.S, added it to my PayPal invoices and I’m not in any danger, but then I see such cases and I have to change my T.O.S again.

yes my art has improved. but i never put less effort on any of my comms. i wouldve redrawn it for free, but not if you bash my art like this. it feels so backhanded ;w;
they also filed a chargeback immediately after. $35 gone 🥲
