Conservatives call me a "libtard" & tell me I should turn in my guns because I believe in firearms training & licencing, universal equal rights, and a social safety net. Liberals call me an NRA-funded Conservative troll because I own guns and enjoy competing in shooting sports.

@MarkJCarney @Polysesouvient and @Safety_Canada The reason that participation in the ASFCP has been abysmal is that Canada's 2,500,000 licensed firearm owners want to send a clear message: we expect and demand to be treated properly and fairly by government, not as false adversaries for votes. We don't commit crimes with our firearms. We don't deserve our firearms to be banned, forced to sit useless in our safes for 6 years, and then offered stupidly low compensation in an unfair program. The days of treating us like shit end now. We purchased our firearms (and paid taxes on them) in good faith, and fully expect to retain our legal property. It's not about non-compliance or whatever crap the anti-gun crew will label us with. It's about standing up to a government who is abusing legal firearm owners for political gain in the false name of public safety. A wise friend once told me: "You will be treated the way you allow yourself to be treated". You now have a clear message about what Canada's legal firearm owner community will tolerate. It's your move.
WATCH: PM @MarkJCarney confronted with total declaration numbers as part of the federal gun grab. @Safety_Canada reports 57,000 guns declared as the program entered its final day. "We'll evaluate the full program and next steps between now and when the law fully takes effect."

There is no evidence for Vance's claim that there are 30 million undocumented immigrants in the U.S. (10% of the population) and last year's data proves otherwise. But this video is evidence that he got makeup tips from Trump.

There are many reasons why the left wouldn't want to murder Charlie Kirk. Hell, we thought it was entertaining to watch him go to various universities to debate students and get owned over and over. He looked like an idiot, it was fun to watch. Why would anyone want to kill him for that? Charlie Kirk was a fucking meme to the left. He was entertainment. People would watch him and laugh, "damn this dude just got his ass handed to him, what an idiot." Charlie would double down and lose even more ground in the debate. The crowd would laugh at him. No one on the left wanted him murdered. His views were shit, his ideology was beyond stupid - but he had every right to think and believe what ever the fuck he wanted to believe... and people had every right to tell him to stuff his stupid ideology up his ass. But the left / dems etc. didn't want him dead - he's a prime example of the stupidity we're all fighting against. He was literally THE example. You don't kill examples. You promote the example and show it's flaws, and why that example is not the best path... you point to it and say "Don't be like that. Don't be a bigot." He outlived his usefulness to someone. Whoever killed Charlie Kirk was a professional who knew what they were doing. That's some BlackOps shit. One shot. One kill. Leave without a trace / blend in with the crowd. Highly planned out. Almost as if it was state sponsored.

Remember when Melissa Hortman was killed, Republicans tried to blame Democrats even though the guy was a far-right lunatic. (@grok please fact check) How about we stop blaming entire political parties for what one terrible person does. Charlie Kirk and Melissa Hortman died because a bad person killed them. Both killers are terrible people no matter what political party they belong to. End the back and forth. End the blame of those who have nothing to do with it.

What happened to Charlie Kirk is unconscionable, but it was literally a few months ago that two Democratic state legislators were gunned down by a right wing activist. Let’s not pretend this is one-sided

Nancy Mace just blamed Democrats for Charlie Kirk’s assassination, but when asked if Republicans “own” the mass shooting of Black lawmakers in Minnesota? She laughed and said, “Are you kidding me?” So it only counts when the victim fits your agenda? .@NancyMace you're a POS!

HOLY SH*T. Canada just torched its alliance with the U.S. Carney didn’t mince words: “The old relationship we had with the United States—based on deepening integration of our economies and tight security and military cooperation—is over.” That’s not a policy disagreement. That’s a geopolitical divorce. And it’s all unraveling in real time.

Oh please. I was there and Carney played a big role. Flaherty and Harper provided the political leadership that was key, but Carney was on deck with insight and smart monetary policy. Trying to erase that for partisan reasons is, well, beyond disgraceful, to match your hyperbole
Taking credit for the achievements of the Harper government is one thing. But claiming the legacy of a man who has since passed—who cannot defend himself or set the record straight—is beyond disgraceful. The credit belongs to Jim Flaherty and Stephen Harper. Full stop. I won’t apologize for having a strong opinion on this. I am not just a spouse—I worked under the Harper government and saw firsthand the exceptional leadership of Mr. Flaherty and Mr. Harper in steering Canada through one of the most challenging economic periods in our history. What’s happening right now is not just misleading—it’s appalling.
