@RiceAthletics AD @tmcclelland tells fans what to expect this fall: "I think as soon as August, you'll see construction fencing. โฆ And then it'll just be an ongoing process of how we begin to move into the east side and the west side of the stadium and this kind of a process to getting all of this accomplished so that we can begin the 2028 [or] 2029 season with our football program kicking off."
