Today we said our goodbye to our founder Miss D @_DHSPhysics who has worked hard to challenge the stigma around periods and promote informed choice. We will miss you. Love Team Code Red. ❤️

Getting your period can cause cramps on the first day or two, but it shouldn't cause you to stay home from school or prevent you from fully participating. If this is the case then maybe see your doctor to see if they can do anything!
