Make no mistake, these new intern class photos represent each residency programs commitment to diversity. A residency program can no longer make the argument we can't attract "qualified" Black applicants or applicants of color when it's obvious that other programs are successful.

Early in COVID Children’s hospitals made huge changes to care for adults in order to assist with the incredible surge. We need the same creativity, flexibility and bravery from our adult hospitals now.
