Hey Hornet Nation! EC girls track and field after school practice will start January 4 when we return from Christmas break. Start time is 4:40 PM on the track! Be sure all physical and UIL paperwork is turned in and complete. See you there!

On our JV teams, freshman Aubrey Pew placed 6th. Carter McMain placed 9th, and JV boys placed 3rd! Good Job ECXC!! ๐๐๐

Varsity boys placed 2nd, also advancing to regionals! Dorian Mayorga Holloway was district runner up, and Rico Carpenter was honorable mention in 12th place. Way to go boys!! ๐๐๐

Varsity girls placed 3rd, advancing to regionals! Destiny Hernandez was district champion with a time of 18:54. Estela Olvera, Kayla puente and Jaz Salinas are honorable mention, placing 13th, 14th and 15th!
