**Important Announcement**
1/ We are thrilled to share that last night, The Dai Lo successfully completed the acquisition of Fractal for an undisclosed amount.
Following months of strategic discussions, we have now taken ownership of Fractal's foundational assets. This includes their innovative technology portfolio, token reserves, all intellectual properties developed by their team, and, crucially, their important community.
We look forward to integrating and expanding upon the great work begun by the previous teams and the Foundation of the project.

5/ **A Note on Discreet Labs**
Discreet Labs, the organization behind much of Fractal’s development and operations, was officially dissolved back in August. Their doors closed, and their team moved on to new adventures. They are not part of The Dai Lo family.
We wish to express our gratitude to Sam Harrison for his hard work in sealing this deal, and we wish him the best in whatever he tackles next.
Also, a heartfelt thanks to all of the contributors, inside and out, who've laid the groundwork we are now building upon.
