Had this thought as I went to sleep yesterday, could tuchel have influenced pep in using a 3-📦-3? Pep talked about why Chelsea are a tough opponent to play agaisnt with their 3-4-3. Short distances b/w the players, fluid passing and rotations, wingers/wingbacks holding width /1

Bobb for Alvarez in the second half please, let Phil play centrally and be more involved in the game,Stones for Akanji would be great too,the changes would allow us to control the game much better and we start to access the rhs more often.

Foden and De Bruyne combine really well on the right side, their synergy is top. Especially the sequence of play where foden drifts infield and plays a slip in pass to De Bruyne making the inside channel run.

The Robot is back! incredible ball striking from close range but with his weak foot and at an unfavourable angle. Out for 77 days and still the league’s top scorer,Freak of a player.

Foden holding width is complete lack of utilisation of his ability,he has to playing centrally with more responsibility, unlocking the block.

Gvardiol agenda is totally unwarranted, unreal fluidity given his frame and stature, glides with the ball, comfortable under pressure, great carrier of the ball, top game intelligence and incision in his passing, good recovery pace and channel defending.Exceptional player

Watched the game today, yet another evidence of why Foden has to play centrally, another unreal performance, quickness and decisive in his actions, box crashing, top movement in the pockets ,dropping deep to relieve pressure and progress the ball through carrying,Generational.

Nunes’s running power and the precision of the delivery into the box and these are just glimpses of what he could be,top player.

Ferran should start ahead of Lewy for Barca,he’s high on confidence and is a better fit for what Xavi wants from his st,to drop and combine with the midfielders and release the runners,he is a master of attacking the cutbacks and will score goals with trainedsystematic finishing.

Excited for Oscar bobb playing with the first team next season.Versatile, comfortable in the pockets, facing play or back to goal, wide or centrally.great game intelligence, amazing dribbler,Technically brilliant, top ball retention, uses ball/body manipulation well to evade pressure.

Foden’s slide through pass reminiscent to what El Mago used to do,delaying the pass until the very last moment, what really made the move work and put Nunez in an optimal situation to cross. His Team.

The narrative of City having great squad depth is completely false. City don’t have a big squad instead they have one of the smallest squads in the premier league, what they have is versatile players capable of playing in multiple positions.

May have some flaws with regards to defending transitions/large spaces but on the ball there’s no one better than him.
