It is already 11:00 AM in Europe. And we are still waiting for our partners to react to the Russian terror of this night. And so far we have not seen it. USA is still sleeping. Meanwhile, rescuers in Ukraine are dismantling the remains of a high-rise building destroyed by a Russian missile. It ended at least 14 lives. We are not asking for sympathy. We demand a real effective response.
