Early on, I did. Increasing my portions of grains, chickpeas, hemp seeds, walnuts, and other whole foods helped tremendously. Consistency also played a role. Today, satiety is rarely an issue because my meals are built around nutrient-dense whole foods.

In my experience, Aim toothpaste used after a meal acts as a pleasurable hunger satiety inducer. @toothpaste_aim

But if you do happen to eat or drink something flavorful soon afterward, it will likely taste terrible.

It’s nice to be able to search my previous posts and prove to my self that I have indeed had the thought before that has come up again.
It feels like I am increasingly unqualified to rate community notes, or too lazy.

I would save this as nearly a last resort. Why would you want to become dependent on such a thing if you didn't have to.

Cardiologist Dr. Pradip Jamnadas: Big belly sticking out? That's hyperinsulinemia toxic visceral fat (organs, arteries, liver)—inflammatory bomb (high CRP/IL-6). Cruise? 5–10 lbs easy. Insulin locks everything in storage. Hard to lose? Calorie cuts slow metabolism, torch muscle. Fasting crashes insulin → after ~12 hrs, body raids visceral fat FIRST. "The best thing you can do in the world is to do fasting." Stubborn belly despite dieting? Tried real fasting (16:8 → longer) vs just cutting calories? Waist shrink? Energy spike? Bloodwork drop (insulin/CRP)? Share real results only—no theory!

No, there is no historical evidence that white people used the statement "Let's have a picnic" (or similar phrasing) as a code, signal, euphemism, or invitation to organize or intend a lynching. This idea stems from a persistent urban legend and myth about theWord "picnic"Itself.
