BREAKING: Justin Trudeau is specifically asked if he believes that Trump's tariffs are an Act of War.
His answer is tremendous.
"Canadians are not angry at the American people for this. We donāt have anything against Americans. Americans are our neighbors, our friends, our partners. We do things together, weāve done things together for decades and generations. This is a policy decision by the American government (Donald Trump), designed to go after the Canadian economy. This is a trade war ā yes. But Canadians are hurt, Canadians are angry. Weāre going to choose to not go on vacation to Florida or Old Orchard Beach or wherever. Weāre gonna choose to try to buy Canadian products and forgo bourbon and other classic American products. Weāre probably going to continue booing the American National Anthem. But let me tell Americans ā weāre not booing you, weāre not booing your teams, weāre not booing your players -- weāre booing a policy that is designed to hurt us."
How can anyone view Trump as the good guy in this Trade war?
