Now that’s a personal service! Headmaster Mr Barber took the second tranche of Year 6 boys to their assessment at Eton College. Making sure they are calm and confident for this important milestone, Mr Barber even helped them clean their shoes. It’s the little things that matter.

Having left 40°C temperatures behind them in Australia for the sub zero chill of Berkshire, our new Gapper recruits received a warm welcome from all at Ludgrove. Hello to Messrs Albert, Cross and Kings, and Misses Beveridge and Howell - we promise there are warmer days ahead!

It doesn’t get more Christmassy than this for our youngest Ludgrovian. As one of Mrs Barber’s festive traditions, she entrusted Freddie (the youngest boy in School) with placing baby Jesus in the manger in the Chapel‘s gorgeous Nativity scene. A core memory he’ll never forget 🥰

On Governors Day, Ludgrove was joined by a special group of people from the business world, senior schools and the parent body, who help keep our School on course. Thank you to our dedicated volunteers who visited to talk to the boys and staff and experience a Ludgrove day.
