You can literally buy these fake miniatures from any roadside shop in Istanbul, which people sell as real Ottoman-era manuscripts to fool gullible tourists lol.
I tried transcribing the text, and honestly, I have no idea what it says. Horse looks kinda creepy too if you ask me.

What on earth do these words mean?
The lower paragraph is somewhere readable for those who can read Ottoman Turkish, but again, it's not 100% clear.
In authentic manuscripts, even difficult handwriting usually shows recognisable vocabulary.
