In 2024, @_Qubic_ launched a decentralized protocol that everyone considered impossible. And it worked. But launching it technically and demonstrating it to the world are two different things. In 2025, theory became reality. This is the story of a decentralized project that transformed a niche blockchain into one of the most technically ambitious projects for the evolution toward open and democratic Artificial General Intelligence, following a completely different path than IAG's evolution toward LLM-based strategies. At @Kairos_Tek we are proud to be part of this story, not only having won the #MADHack and #RISEyourHack hackathons organized in 2025, but also having developed and launche the winning solutions, @_easyconnect and @_qbuild_, which are available to help dev teams build on Qubic. At @T3chFest we will represent the Qubic community, sharing the story with thousands of developers and attracting more builders to this ecosystem with such a promising future.

Last week we talked about the "SaaSocalypse" and engineers no longer writing code. This week, I accidentally proved it to myself. I needed a personal finance tracker. Instead of downloading an app, dealing with Excel, or coding one myself, I built "Mr. Malone", a custom financial advisor. The catch? I didn't write a single line of code. Just English, Markdown files, Claude Code, and @BaselightDB. This experiment made me realize something huge: Agents aren't just replacing code, they are making applications entirely obsolete. La oportunidad para desarrolladores de Solidity Si has invertido años en Solidity no te decimos que lo abandones mañana. Pero desde nuestra experiencia en @Kairos_Tek construyendo durante todo el 2025 en @_Qubic_, habiendo ganado dos hackatones y lanzado soluciones como @_easyconnect y @_qbuild_ para facilitar la vida a aquellos que desarrollan en esta red, te recomendamos que examines críticamente por qué aceptaste ciertos trade-offs: ¿Escribes contratos que son ineficientes porque no puedes optimizarlos más? En C probablemente sí puedas. ¿Pillas a los usuarios por sorpresa con costos de gas inesperados? En Qubic los costes son predecibles (o cero). ¿Tienes que diseñar batching, rollups, o mecanismos complejos porque el rendimiento es limitado? En Qubic probablemente no lo necesites. ¿Tienes contratos cuya finalidad depende de múltiples confirmaciones y tiempos de espera que son incómodamente largos? En Qubic la finalidad es sub-segundo. ¿Pasas horas preocupándote por vulnerabilidades en Solidity porque el lenguaje es confuso e inseguro? En Qubic tu código fuente es públicamente auditable desde el primer día. After Computors rejected our proposal to showcase @_Qubic_ at @t3chfest, the most important developer event in Spain (and one of the leading events in Europe), we submitted a proposal for the open track. Unfortunately, it wasn't selected among the 820 submissions, so none of the 1800 devs assisting will hear anything about Qubic at this year's event 😥 We'll try again in 2027 through @Kairos_Tek, to continue promoting Qubic's position within the developer community, which it so desperately needs.

In this 192 epoch we present a renewed proposal for Season 5 of the Ambassador Program for Quorum voting. In this updated version we offer complete information on the activities and results of Season 4: ✅ Over 25 million impressions ✅ Over 1,600 developers reached ✅ 5 collaborations with top-tier universities ✅ Major events with 3,000 to 5,000 attendees ✅ Positioned for growth in Season 5 in Latin America, Southeast Asia, and Africa ℹ️ All detailed information is publicly available at vigorous-age-313.notion.site… ⬇️ Moreover, in this new proposal budget requested for Season 5 has been reduced by 27%. 🎯 Season 5's objectives are key to Qubic's growth: driving developer adoption, expanding into high-potential regions, strengthening academic ties, and boosting smart contracts and existing DApps on the network. As an active member of the Qubic ambassador community and CEO of @Kairos_Tek, one of the most recognized development teams in 2025, I encourage all computers to review the proposal and the related information to approve the budget for Season 5, and contribute to strengthening Qubic's position in 2026.

From December 7th to 9th the #HackTheFuture hackathon organized by @_Qubic_ and @lablabai took place. And it was a real success, not (only) because of the incredible participation numbers, but the projects generated: 🔥 1,654 participants 🔥 265 teams 🔥 102 projects submitted A completely new approach from the Qubic Ecosystem team to show how projects already incubated by Qubic can attract new developers to build their projects (spoiler alert: it worked!): ▪️ Track 1 #Nostromo: for developers building from scratch ▪️ Track 2 #EasyConnect: for everyone, using no-code And if there's one team that understands the impact of Qubic hackathons, it's @Kairos_Tek . We're the team that won 🥈 at the first #MADHack hackathon with @_easyconnect and 🥇 in the Qubic track at #RISEYourHack with @_qbuild_ But beyond the awards, at Kairos we've been able to leverage the incubation program, developing and launching EasyConnect in September (and 🚀 growing ever since, with nearly 200 registered users and truly relevant projects, such as @garthonqubic's integration of EasyConnect to gamify his Discord channel). And we're in the final stages of developing 🔎 Qbuild (the automated smart contract auditing tool that we'll launch early next year). So our goal participating in #HackTheFuture was to offer everyone (not just developers) the opportunity to participate in a hackathon, building their projects on Qubic through 🧩 no-code platforms, thanks to EasyConnect, and also to inspire and help the winning teams to 💪 continue building their projects on this network, as we did. And the truth is, we couldn't be 🥲 happier with the result, both in terms of the number of participants and the projects developed.
