I keep seeing videos of Americans making 'grilled cheese' and I put that in ✌️✌️ because they do it in a frying pan not under a grill, maybe they mean griddle?
but anyway my point is they put mayo on the outside before frying and is this worth adopting?

While, technically, being deeply engrossed in reading is an example of mild dissociation, this incorrectly applies the psychological context of coping with stress/trauma or struggling with psychosis. Pathologising normal behaviour is trivialising to those with real disorders.
