I had an amazing experience in Nairobi, Kenya 🇰🇪 to celebrate my 30th birthday! My partner surprised my with this trip and I’m so so grateful! The 4 pics doesn’t do the trip justice. Praying this 30th time around the sun is amazing.

My method of decompression is putting together legos. Placing that last LEGO piece to complete the 🧩 produces the same feeling of achievement as being able to solve a complex case and provide answers to both clinicians and patients.
Blessed is the only word I can think of. I had the opportunity to attend the @apcprods conference as a ‘67 Scholar in Washington DC. From learning about what goes into grad & undergrad meded curriculums, to networking…it’s definitely an experience I will never forget. 🔬🧠📚💪🏾
