If he is innocent he needs to fear nothing. India has laws against blasphemy considering the religious makeup of nation. Breaking that qualifies one as an anti-social threat. No different than drug peddlers.
In my opinion, people should start realising that if any legal action is taken against him, it will not only affect him but also his loved ones, who will face the consequences in society. Maybe if we act rationally this time with the will of almighty Allah

Bumrah is an average bowler in ODIs. He has just 149 wickets so far (not even 150).
Against SENAP countries, he has conceded 2597 runs and taken only 86 wickets @ 30.19. That's mediocre even by todays standards.
In Tests, a case can perhaps be made once he crosses 300 wickets.
