I have not seen such a fraud company with pathetic service @JioCare @reliancejio For the last three months I have been raised 10 complaints regarding poor net speed and other OTT related issue but no solution has been provided till the date.

@JioCare @reliancejio What’s going on with the Jio AirFiber service? Multiple service requests raised, but NO solution provided. Requests are being closed WITHOUT any update to the customer. Zero accountability, frustrating experience! Is this how you treat your customers?
