I've had a blast working with @motorolaUK over the last 6 months... Especially as it's meant working with my best four-legged pal by my side!
Dogs may be man's best friend, but the #edge20lite isn't too far behind 😉 Shoutout to @_annablackwell and the ever adorable Bilbo for this snap! #Motorola #MobilePhotography #FindYourEdge #MotoMyWay

I've been sharing photos and journal extracts from my latest little Arctic adventure over on IG. It was a... varied... trip, six incredible days and then forced to activate my SOS and get a helicopter out on day 7. Explanation and more from the trip: bit.ly/3eJwtGO

This weekend I'm heading up to Arctic Sweden for 8 days of solo trekking in some of Europe's remotest mountains. What am I most worried about? The number of spiders I'll inevitably find in my cottage when I get back.

It was fantastic to be part of this webinar last week! After a year of almost no public speaking, it was great to be able to discuss my MSc research on self-supported adventure and resilience, this time in the context of surviving and thriving in challenging circumstances.
Thrilled at the great turnout tonight for our first online event for female Exeter graduates (@Exalumni), on the subject of Surviving & Thriving in Challenging Circumstances - rather apt right now! #resilience #stress #challenge ft speakers @_annablackwell & Annie Coleman

As storm Ellen approaches please take heed of the warnings, the risk of dangerous seas, strong rips and fast water with expected waves of up to 9 feet. Please do not put yourselves or the emergency services at risk by entering dangerous waters, stay safe, respect the elements🌊

How to avoid the crowds on beaches this summer: 🍉 find a mate 🍉 grab a couple of paddleboards 🍉 paddle out to a buoy ideally >500m from the beach 🍉 moor up to said buoy so you don't drift away 🍉 eat watermelon,… instagram.com/p/CC0e3pojohi/…

Today was pretty bloody fantastic. Feeling grateful for these awesome people I get to call my pals, for Cornwall in general, for the existence of cheesy chips, for sunshine, and for the colour of the sea on days like… instagram.com/p/CC1mOnkjmaH/…

Please, do NOT shop for Britain. Consumerism drives us towards an even greater crisis than the pandemic: the collapse of our life support systems.

"Ahead lay a short 3km hike to the Treriksröset, the cairn marking where Sweden, Finland and Norway meet in the Arctic. From there, a not-so-short hike of 1,000km." Read @_annablackwell’s account of her Green Ribbon Expedition here: ellis-brigham.com/news-and-b…

Kept finding I didn't have enough hours in the day to do everything I wanted... So I've started getting up a few hours earlier. I'm enjoying these atmospheric early mornings, but still working out the best way of getting through the mid-morning urge to snooze... tips welcome 🌞
