This weekend I'm heading up to Arctic Sweden for 8 days of solo trekking in some of Europe's remotest mountains. What am I most worried about? The number of spiders I'll inevitably find in my cottage when I get back.

How to avoid the crowds on beaches this summer:
🍉 find a mate
🍉 grab a couple of paddleboards
🍉 paddle out to a buoy ideally >500m from the beach
🍉 moor up to said buoy so you don't drift away
