Register folks to come hear some top World Model Researchers!
Jun 12
Physical AI is having its moment. Robotics, autonomous vehicles, interactive video. Underneath all of it sits the same primitive: a world model that predicts how an environment responds to action. There's a lot of debate about world models. JEPA vs. diffusion vs. autoregressive. How sim-to-real actually transfers. Nobody agrees on how to evaluate physical understanding. So @taiuti & @_bschmidtchen at @reactorworld , @ashray_malhotra at @Adobe, and I decided to put the top minds in the field in one room. On June 18 in SF, we're hosting World Models SF Summit, likely the first summit dedicated entirely to world models. Researchers, founders, and practitioners from @GoogleDeepMind @OpenAI @Meta @nvidia @theworldlabs @Tesla @Apple @Microsoft @Roblox and many strong startups in the space have already signed up. A few seats left: luma.com/hkik7xtr

with @reactorworld, you can do this yourself already today via API
Kod yazmadan, oyun motoru kullanmadan kendi dünyanı yaratmak… Bu işin geleceği burada gibi duruyor. Sizce bu teknoloji 1-2 yıl içinde nerelere evrilir?

Diffusion Circle with forest vibes! 🌲 Since the original Diffusion Circle organizer @sedielem cannot make it to CVPR in person this year, we coordinated with him and are happy to host the Diffusion Circle this time. Stop by if you are interested in flow maps, multimodal diffusion models, variational flow matching, action prediction, and all the other hot denoising stuff. @sumith1896 and @dustin_podell will coordinate. Meeting point: Upper Lobby F / Exhibit Hall F Entrance; see attached pics. Happening Saturday, June 6, 3:30pm!

I made a video game with world models! After reading this amazing article by @AlbyHojel I was inspired to create my own "World Model Harness" using LingBot-World hosted on @reactorworld. Combining real-time frame generation with a VLM creates an agentic loop where the user is able to interact with the generated environment. Would anyone be interested in a tutorial for something like this?

The next era of animation won't be generated. It'll be explored. Yoki (予期) is my first film made with world models video models. The landscapes of Japan, rebuilt as worlds you move a camera through with @reactorworld. World models are the most underrated storytelling tech right now, and almost no one's using them for film. Animation made with @invideoOfficial.

you can build this too with @reactorworld
this is the first fully generative gaming platform no code, everything is handled by models - create a game from one sentence - world model generates frames in real time as you play - characters that see you, react & talk back - set your own rules in plain english goals, items, win/lose you can try it now and create your own adventures!

When I first met @taiuti and @_bschmidtchen over a year ago, I knew there was something magnetic about them. Through joining their jam sessions in basically every coffee shop in lower haight, I saw their a-ha moment of realizing where we're headed with world models and how it was important to build the picks and shovels for that. Today, @buckymoore and I are thrilled to share our partnership with @reactorworld that's building the infra platform for real-time video and world models. @lightspeedvp partnered early at the seed and are now doubling down by leading their Series A. It's been magical to watch developers begin to build imaginative worlds on Reactor, and this is just the beginning. More on our partnership here: lsvp.com/stories/the-develop…

A year ago @taiuti and I started tinkering with real-time video in cafes around San Francisco. We’d worked together on Vision Pro at Apple, deep in the real-time systems that power new types of experiences and software. World models blew us away, but nobody was building infrastructure to run them interactively at scale, so we decided to become that platform. Today we’re announcing Reactor $59M to unlock a future where real-time world models are accessible to every developer.
Today, we’re coming out of stealth with $59M in seed and Series A funding, led by Lightspeed, with Amplify Partners, WndrCo, Sky9, FPV, and incredible angels. For a long time, pixels have been pre-rendered and played back passively. World Models change that entirely: pixels are generated on the fly, in real time, in response to what you're doing. Every time computing has made a shift from passive to interactive, entire industries appeared that didn't exist before. We're standing in front of such moment again. Reactor is the platform for building in the World Model era: the infrastructure that lets any developer build with World Models at global scale. With only a few lines of code, and you're streaming pixels from a frontier World Model into your product, in real time, at massively. Over the last 6 months, we’ve assembled an all-star team from Apple, Meta, Google, Luma AI, Netflix, and Replicate. We're already partnering with some of the biggest companies in the world, and hundreds of developers are already building on Reactor today.

proud to see @reactorworld on this year's InfraRed 100!
The Redpoint InfraRed 100 is now live. These are the companies building the infrastructure that powers everything happening in AI right now, from world models and agent runtimes to the sandboxes, databases, and security tools agents depend on.
