Tomorrow we are hosting the WIAA Sectional 5 meet at Lake Farm Park. Free for spectators!! In each of the two races the top two teams and the top five individual runners not on those teams qualify for the WIAA State meet to be run a week from tomorrow at Wisconsin Rapids.

At yesterday’s Kettle Morraine hosted Pete Nielsen Laser Relays the boys varsity was 8th, with the JV securing the runner up spot of 16 teams. The girls had some nice performances placing 15th in both varsity and JV. Teams are next in action October 5th in Platteville. #TEAM #tcb

At the MG Invite today the boys varsity was 4th of 14 teams, led by Pavel Vorontsov and Zion Gratz with 2 more lifetime PRs. Girls were led by Reese Tauschek placing 43rd. Boys JV was 3rd and Girls were 5th. 33 season best times and 22 lifetime PRs! Next up Kettle Morraine 9/28

Most of the people online tell you that running or whatever exercise is a constant suffer-fest, torture is because they aren't well-trained.
I remember when running sucked. When I was in junior high and didn't train. Everything felt hard.
Once you train, it gets enjoyable.
