Most opportunities look like extra work, which is exactly why most people ignore them.

Living a certain way and talking about living that way are two different things Social media rewards the one that’s easier to fake.

I’m hiring a Staff Software Engineer – Open Source at SigNoz. Open source is not an afterthought at SigNoz. It’s literally what we set out to build. 💛 We believe the future of observability is open source. Every team – not just FAANG-scale companies – should have access to great tooling to understand what’s happening in their systems. Making it open source is how we democratize that access. To double down on this, we are hiring a Staff Software Engineer – Open Source at SigNoz. - You’ll own making the SigNoz OSS experience delightful for developers: - Build an integration framework so devs can easily build & share integrations - Make the self-hosted setup experience smoother, faster, less “read the docs 5 times” - Help shape an ecosystem around SigNoz – integrations, plugins, examples, recipes 👉 Who might be a great fit? - 4–8 years experience in backend engineering (Go preferred) - Loves open-source products (past OSS contributions highly preferred) - Comfortable with locks/channels/concurrency in Go - Understands (or is excited to go deep into) the observability domain - Has been or wants to be a founder in B2B/devtools space (big plus) - Can drive things end-to-end – from product discovery → design → implementation → launch Your north star : grow SigNoz open-source adoption Not just “write code” – but ship things that move the OSS flywheel. If this sounds like you (or someone you know): 👉 Apply in the link in comments 👉 Or share this post with a friend who would love building open-source observability 🙏 Would really appreciate any referrals or shares.

Any cracked engineers who are crazy enough to build robotics stuff in India? I am ready to invest around 30-35 lakhs for the prototyping. Deep tech stuff, building foundational things If anyone wants to pool in money I am happy with that too, want to invest in building something from here. I am already reading about this. Open source humanoids industrial robots, manufacturing, This is something one has to be crazy enough to be building day in day out. In the end I want all the parts to be used also made here - If any industries, factories making and want to partner would also be cool. Lets come together and build something cool. Obviously you should have the core Robotics knowledge and experience and will to build something from scratch, solve the problems. Dm me and we will figure out something cool together.

They warned me that starting a venture would be painful. They said it would be hard, stressful, and lonely. Still, no one prepared me for the kind of heartache I felt last week—sobbing like a child on a crowded street in Berlin. This is going to hurt 🧵

Oh man, yesterday was nothing short of legen—(wait for it)—dary! Why? Because over 150 curious minds came together to learn about AI Agents & built our own AI Agent from scratch! Missed it all? I got you covered. Here's why you should stick around:

❌ Don't get scared by what others can do. Don't compare yourself vs the entire internet as a whole. You know a tonne of things someone else will see and get anxious. It's not you vs the system. You are in the system. A LOT of people could kill to get to where you are.
