Big milestone @SixPivot. The WGEA recommends 8 & 3 weeks full paid parental leave and we exceeded it earlier than expected!
I originally moved for 8 and 3 for 2022 but @missfaithr said make it 12 and 3. We're a team of 35 in consultancy business model and I'm just super proud🥺
