generally they way you talk is annoying and stupid but you have a point that most restos are not designed/staffed to accommodate a doubling in dining capacity each summer which can lead to a shit time for both industry and diners
I’m probably alone on this but I miss when restaurants felt quaint and there wasnt a bunch of people dining outside in the gutter. Spots that used to be hard to get in to have doubled their capacity with covid era patios and the service only gets worse, not better
