Say hello to Nicole Gallin who recently joined us as a Project Manager Assistant. Nicole is a 5th generation Gallin with the firm. Nicole has a background in the arts and retail, so she’s able to draw on her customer service and communication skills. Welcome, Nicole!
A downtown law firm engaged Gallin for a full-floor buildout designed by MKDA. Light floods through floor-to-ceiling glass walls. A 30-seat conference room and spacious pantry anchor this space featuring all-new finishes, HVAC, sprinklers, and electrical.

Congratulations to Alan Phibbs, Superintendent, celebrating 15 years at Gallin. Alan set sail from Ireland 30 years ago to join the bustling building scene in New York City. He eventually landed at Gallin. For years of excellence and dedication we offer our thanks!
