According to Adobe’s new terms, they need “a worldwide royalty-free licence to reproduce, display, distribute, modify and sublicence” your content.
This is SOLELY for the purposes of operating or improving their Services and Software.
So what does this mean?
They can use your photos to train their AI?
So that their “Services” can improve and replace yours?
They can use your videos to market their products and services which is part of operating?
They can sell (“sublicence”) your data to any third party?
They can use your proprietary data and your clients’ data from PDF documents too?
Sounds perfectly fine and legit.
Nothing to see here.
