I really do think that "fractional" roles are going to become a thing. More and more people are leaving their jobs and exploring what's next.
Having an option to work 5-10 hours/week for 3 companies instead of full-time 40 for 1 company is pretty appealing.
My partner and I seriously considering renting a camper van from @BohoVans or another provider and just working remote from the van, visiting cool places, and exploring ๐๏ธ for a month.
If you've experienced van life and have tips, please share!

Enterprise companies should be leading the way in how the future of work is shaped. But I believe this move isn't forward thinking and actually hurts culture, motivation, mental health, and retention of employees.
I can already see employees taking the pay cut and looking for a new job...
Would you rather lose great talent or tweak org policies to be remote friendly?
I hope more companies adopt the latter.
